Important Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before proceeding to fill the application form.

Download the filled application form and take a printout.

Visit the college with the printed form along with originals and photocopies of:

3 copies of passport-size photographs
3 photocopies each of Class X & XII Admit Card, Marksheet, and Certificate
3 copies of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
1 copy of Aadhaar Card
1 copy of ABC ID Card
Original Registration Certificate (for COHSEM students)
Original Migration Certificate (for students from other Boards / CBSE)
Affidavit (for study-break students)

Visit the Accounts Section, submit your payment receipt, and collect the College Prospectus.

Visit the Department of your preferred programme for Counselling.

Visit the Admission Helpdesk to get a stamp on your application form for your final programme choice.

Submit all documents along with the application form to the Admission Section.

Check the college website regularly for the Final Selection List.

Use your Enrollment Number from the Final Selection List when making payment.

Take 3 printouts of the Admission Fee Payment Receipt and submit copies to the Admission Section and Accounts Section. Retain a stamped personal copy.

Note: Your primary mobile number and email ID cannot be changed once the application form is submitted.

After account creation, your primary mobile number will be your login username. Set your password during registration.

After successful registration, login and download your submitted form from the View Application Form tab.

For 2nd Year (3rd Semester) Admission: Students must login using their existing username (primary mobile number) and password to fill the 3rd Semester form. New registration is not required.
